Understand the Architecture.
Move from preparation into structured engagement with Śrī Chakra, Śakti, mantra and contemplative awareness. Intermediate is the movement from stability toward integration.
From Preparation to Sacred Architecture
The Trust currently identifies three principal Intermediate pathways: Śrī Chakra Upāsanā, Sapta Mātṛkās Upāsanā and Tithi Nithya Upāsanā. The purpose is not to collect practices, but to develop a more integrated relationship with mantra, devatā, yantra, attention and awareness.
Śrī Chakra Upāsanā
The central sacred architecture of Śrī Vidyā, presented through Navāvaraṇa, Bindu, mantra, worship and progressive contemplative integration.
Sapta Mātṛkās Upāsanā
A deeper Śakti-oriented pathway. A standalone public landing page was not identified, so the button routes to the complete initiation framework rather than inventing a destination.
Tithi Nithya Upāsanā
A Nityā-oriented pathway associated with sacred time, lunar cycles, mantra and Śakti. Its dedicated public destination is still to be developed.
Upāsaka Guidance
The Trust’s FAQ explains progressive initiation, Guru guidance, Śrī Chakra, mantra, dhyāna and higher Upāsanā contexts.
Intermediate as Integration
Research distinguishes focused attention, mantra and open-monitoring practices rather than treating all meditation as one phenomenon. This gives a useful scientific language for discussing why disciplined methods matter.
The Trust’s Cosmic Spiritual Science™ framework can use Śrī Chakra as a contemplative model of ordered complexity: many interacting elements held within a coherent whole. This is an interpretive bridge, not a claim that sacred geometry has been scientifically proven to generate supernatural effects.
Coherence lens: Intermediate = Integration. Attention, emotion, intention, values and practice increasingly operate as a coordinated system rather than disconnected fragments.
Traditional claims concerning Śakti, deity, Kundalinī, karma or spiritual attainment remain within the traditional/lineage domain. Neuroscience can study measurable correlates of contemplative practice, not adjudicate those metaphysical claims.
